Take a pic and test it on zoom by changing your background to that pic. It should give you a good idea. Hard to tell because hair color, complexion and lighting could make a difference.

Two years ago I would have said it’s really busy and probably not the look you want…but considering some of the stuff I’ve seen in people’s backgrounds over the past 2 years, I would now consider this pretty tame.

I still haven’t bought an actual desk. My home is not my office. That said, if you’re someone who has to give a lot of presentations, it does make sense to ensure that your background isn’t distracting or annoying to your audience. I’ve done a lot of virtual speaker training offer the last couple of years…
It’s really beautiful! Also depends a lot on how far away from the wall you sit, so really hard to say. Testing it with the photo is a great idea, just try to get the zoom level right to accurately represent the distance plus size.

Def not too distracting!

I think it’s fine. If anything you might be remembered more on calls (not a bad thing). I used to have 3 different artworks of different sizes in my zoom background. I actually interviewed with it and got job offers. Never had an issue.
I think it is very pretty. It might not show fully on Zoom and instead be a bit blurry just because of the level of detail. I have very colourful pop art behind me and I love it. It's fun having a less generic background.

Have you thought about wallpaper instead?
Are the color of your walls that same blue? That monochromatic vibe could be awesome

It’s fine if you have plain walls! Gorgeous and totally good to show a bit of your personality and style in a virtual work environment these days.

The colors are calming and subtle. I don’t think it’s too bad and it depends on how far away from the wall you sit. For this print, the farther the better. If you’re close the patterns might appear to be too busy. But you’ll be work best in an office environment that you like, so if you love it you should use it.
