Bain fishes: Just curious, are final round decisions for AC (campus hires) solely decided by the partners who interviewed you? Or do the SAC and consultants who are a part of the recruiting team also have some input on hiring decision? I was telling our Solution Arch, that I don't think I'm needed for the next phase, also because my bill rate might be too high for this phase. Do I have a drinking problem? I live alone. I cannot wait for wine at 6. I work my ass off sober 12 hrs a day. Then I drain 2 bottles of wine. I wake up parched and confused and do it again. I did not have Excedrin yesterday and had to shuffle to Rite Aid to get it. Plus a xanax to chill. But I WORK and produce and never let anyone down. Is this OK? I just work, drink, sleep, repeat.

I'm losing my mind. I desperately want to roll off my project, I hate it, gives me anxiety. My lender/RE Agent said I can change jobs as long as I make the same or more. I can have a one month gap between jobs. As a senior analyst, 3 YOE overall, is it too risky to quit? I can't handle it anymore & i don't think I'll be able to roll off.

My best friend just graduated from Georgetown with her masters. She is an orphan and has no family. I want to a nice gift, the kind your parents would give. Does anyone have any reccomendations? Budget is $200 or less.

Anyone else experience hot flashes as a result of the vaccine? Never had them before but now when I get my period, sometimes I have it as a PMS side effect. I’m only 28 and it’s soooo uncomfortable. I now deeply empathize with my mom when she was menopausal and used to complain when I was little but I would dismiss her as I was cold. It seems like the only relief is hormone therapy (which is only appropriate for menopausal women). Anyone have another remedy that has worked?
