Hi ladies! What's the best all-inclusive you have been on? If possible, please include price estimate, cleanliness level, and time of year. Bonus points if it was vegetarian friendly! Also, has anyone been to the Secrets or Breathless in Jamaica and mind sharing their experience? Thanks so much!

I've been to quite a few and honestly what sticks out to me is how much fun I have and how nice the beach is. The food is all more or less the same everywhere. I'm not at all a beach vacation kind of gal so take this with a grain of salt! That said, my favorite location so far has been the Royalton White Sands in Jamaica. The employees were so fun and friendly and the beach was pristine. The drinks were also really good Allso just really curious what other ladies say, maybe there's something I've been missing during these kind of trips!

I've had great experiences at Club Meds. Would specifically recommend the one in Turks and Caicos because there are no kids, and the beach and snorkeling are great. It's not 5 star, more like 4 star. But clean, really good food and tons of sports, which is my favorite part. It's a mix of couples and singles. They have a huge multinational staff who are all really friendly.

The Zoetry boutique chain is my favorite. I have stayed at the Dominican Republic and the Cancun location. I can’t remember the price it’s been a few years, but the DR was in the winter. The food is amazing and I believe to be vegetarian friendly - it’s sort of a health oriented resort so they have a lot of healthy options and typically have like yoga and other active activities. What I love about it is that it is small and has a very boutique feel - not like a massive all inclusive, very high end personalized feel. Super clean and beautiful.

My favorite was the Westin in Costa Rica. The food was substantially better than some others I’ve been to (breathless and dreams)

Le Blanc in Cancun. Totally top notch, and vegetarian friendly..plus the pool is so nice for lounging and people watching. We did Secrets Jamaica for our honeymoon and honestly we regret it, it was outdated and the food wasn’t very good.

Also my credit card bill will likely be a mix of shared and personal expenses, so how do couples go about this? Open to any advice. Thanks!

I have a final round interview with a hedge fund in the NYC area. Approximately $15bn AUM and 40 employees. I am meeting with the founder of the firm and was told we would be discussing comp. I just graduated from college this year and the role is business development associate. The hiring manager described it as a front office role. What salary range should I be expecting going into the meeting? What about bonus?

Interviewing for a great position in industry (tech). They have equity comp & great benefits. Spoke to their HR, then interviewed with 2 people in the tax department and am getting scheduled for a next round of interviews. The only problem is: the office is about 1 hr from my house (I own). They said repeatedly that they want someone who will be in the office 5 days a week. I would actually move but can’t rent out my place now due to some repairs going on that will take 4-5 months.
