Hi, lam fairly new in norway and I have a last interview with Accenture soon enough for the Talent Team (HR Role). So, I was wondering what would be an ideal salary to negotiate here? Asking since lam unfamiliar with the industry standards.

Can someone here from the Accenture Nordics please guide me? I have a work experience as an HR for last 3 years almost, but that was not in EU.

How much time does zs take to release formal offer letter?

I finally got the final draft(Salary Stack Up) of my CTC after asking for some major and minor modifications twice which already took around 2 weeks.

Now that i have accepted the draft, HR said that she will send formal offer letter by EOD of next working day. It is more than 48 hours. Neither HR is responding to mail nor call nor sms.

What do i expect here now?

Hey everyone, I’m wanting to transition to tech from healthcare. I have 5 years experience, working front office (clinic scheduling, admin etc), currently back office (referrals, prior authorizations) , I have basic medical billing/coding knowledge & also provider credentialing experience. Any recommendations for tech roles that could be a fit with my background? I do NOT want to be in customer service or call center type role if at all possible though.

Hi Ladies!! Trying to get a pulse check/sanity check. I’m current a Business Analyst and have been with the same company for 4 years. The benefits are fabulous (unlimited time off and random mental health days) and have the ability to really work from anywhere. Yet, I’m not that excited about the work I do and make a decent salary, but know my market value is higher if I were to leave. Do I chase the money and get something “new” on my resume? Or stay with the comfortability?

Curious how prior experience/transferable skills plays in to comp? When decided to get out of people leadership and move to a recruiter role a year ago was brought in as an “associate” since didn’t have the required year of full cycle recruiting. An “entry level” recruiter isn’t going to make near what I was making as an experienced leader with almost 20 YOE. But have a ton of transferable skills. How much $$ does that equate to in an offer? Or how is it taken into account?

Congratulations to all the people getting a job offer in the past three months, but let me ask you a serious question.

Are you negotiating once you get the offer or are you just accepting it because you are so happy?

I understand that the fear is that they will take back their offer, but to be honest that will never happen.

If they made you an offer is because they have selected you over hundreds, if not thousands, of other applicants.

I just had an initial phone screen for a new Senior HR Generalist role, and the salary is $10k less than the low number I offered when he asked for my salary expectations. I’m at $85 with my current role, so I asked for $90-$95 for this role. However he told me the salary is $80. I’m really unhappy in my current job so I’m wondering how I can either negotiate for more salary (he said there may be wiggle room) or, explain that the $80 number he offered may be okay, depending on other benefits?
