How much time does zs take to release formal offer letter?
I finally got the final draft(Salary Stack Up) of my CTC after asking for some major and minor modifications twice which already took around 2 weeks.
Now that i have accepted the draft, HR said that she will send formal offer letter by EOD of next working day. It is more than 48 hours. Neither HR is responding to mail nor call nor sms.
What do i expect here now?
Semi-retired grandfather looking for position as part-time HR assistant. Went back to school during COVID, and I’m ready to contribute.
Hey everyone, I’m wanting to transition to tech from healthcare. I have 5 years experience, working front office (clinic scheduling, admin etc), currently back office (referrals, prior authorizations) , I have basic medical billing/coding knowledge & also provider credentialing experience. Any recommendations for tech roles that could be a fit with my background? I do NOT want to be in customer service or call center type role if at all possible though.
i recently got promoted to Claims Supervisor position in my company and i was really excited to see how i can handle the responsibility but, while i got the postion and salary i am still doing the job of a claims officer. i tried to talk to my manager about this but he implied that there is no need for supervisor position and i have to wait until my seniors got promoted, should i ask for transfer to another branch?
Current A1 in PE audit & may be interested in move to FDD or M&A.
What do you like about your role?

Hi Ladies, do you think it’s crazy to ask for $185K for a L4 position at Amazon? Am I selling myself short? I was offered $160K however based on the needs, I think $185K is aligned to the work needed.
Hi Ladies!! Trying to get a pulse check/sanity check. I’m current a Business Analyst and have been with the same company for 4 years. The benefits are fabulous (unlimited time off and random mental health days) and have the ability to really work from anywhere. Yet, I’m not that excited about the work I do and make a decent salary, but know my market value is higher if I were to leave. Do I chase the money and get something “new” on my resume? Or stay with the comfortability?
What will be the salary if I get transfer to European countries from India GDS as a transfer
I’m at a subset of a big name agency, but not getting the opportunity to work on projects with a high level of creativity. I’m in interviews with a pretty much non-recognized agency but I would be getting to do much more creative work. Would you: hold it out at the big name agency and keep pressing for projects? Or make a move to the place where you’ll get to make more work.
Current and past employees of Comcast, tell me everything I need to know about the company for the interview.
What do you think Verizon India's plans are to keep up with market inflation and rising job salary slabs? Attrition has been high, and understandably so. If you again get the same routine ~10% hike at year end, would you leave?
I’m in the process for interviewing in house for a role. The interview process has been pretty drawn out and since I applied, the company posted a second role (contd)

Seeking some advice : I was hired on to a large company as a third HR professional. Since I’ve started there has been restructuring and we are now down to two. They have plans to bring back a third, however the timeline isn’t muddy.
I have only been with the company for about 3 months but have taken on much more responsibilities and feel under compensated now. Is it too soon to have a conversation about pay and the new roles I’ve absorbed
Curious how prior experience/transferable skills plays in to comp? When decided to get out of people leadership and move to a recruiter role a year ago was brought in as an “associate” since didn’t have the required year of full cycle recruiting. An “entry level” recruiter isn’t going to make near what I was making as an experienced leader with almost 20 YOE. But have a ton of transferable skills. How much $$ does that equate to in an offer? Or how is it taken into account?

Congratulations to all the people getting a job offer in the past three months, but let me ask you a serious question.
Are you negotiating once you get the offer or are you just accepting it because you are so happy?
I understand that the fear is that they will take back their offer, but to be honest that will never happen.
If they made you an offer is because they have selected you over hundreds, if not thousands, of other applicants.

I see a lot of great salary questions in this bowl, but am unable to offer advice because many times no location data is presented, or it's insufficient.
Salary is very much dependent on city/town/state/country, so be sure to specify those details when you ask about salary here and we'll be able to give you better answers!
I just had an initial phone screen for a new Senior HR Generalist role, and the salary is $10k less than the low number I offered when he asked for my salary expectations. I’m at $85 with my current role, so I asked for $90-$95 for this role. However he told me the salary is $80. I’m really unhappy in my current job so I’m wondering how I can either negotiate for more salary (he said there may be wiggle room) or, explain that the $80 number he offered may be okay, depending on other benefits?
