Larsen & Toubro Guys , Please advice me on below scenario. Suppose we have offer of Company A of 10 LPA ,later we receive call from Company B then they will ask Do you have Offer in-hand? Now my question is , do we need to tell them that I have offer OR let all the round get complete ?
Thought behind asking this question is, in first call if we tell them that I have offer then they might not go with next rounds.

Can anyone recommend any firms in London who are hiring grads currently? I had signed up (contract n everything) with Accenture but was recently told that âwe are completely full for 2022 and 2023â and I am happy to move somewhere else completely, instead of waiting 1.5+ years. My bio: Robotics engineer (BS) with a business Masters, and also a self-taught Data Analyst. Please help!

Itâs one of the bigger marketing and communications firm. Trying to pivot from management consulting.
Similar to what others have said: go to the business (the people in the team with whom you interviewed). Most HR people (and especially most recruiters) are low quality talent who are not held accountable and really donât give a shit. Quite often, the actual hiring manager and team youâd be joining donât even know that the candidate is having a horrible experience due to HR ineptitude.
Lol they donât know or care

Donât lose hope OP - and if it doesnât work out thereâs a lot of jobs opening rn in London
No itâs not common. Usually it means theyâre made multiple offers and are waiting on their preferred candidate, or waiting on Senior management approval. Not usually a good sign.
I got that from Deloitte
