Have my PHR/SHRM-CP and CCP. Love comp but my experience is limited to a smaller organization (500). Have applied to many roles but struggling to even get interviews.

If there is a PM role at FAANG vs a consulting role at MBB for ppl out of undergrad, which one would you take and why? Not that I have such privilege now but just curious

15+ people have left my company in the past 5 months (180 person startup) mostly due to low pay /poor management, but mainly low pay. I enjoy my role, and believe in the company to the point that I want to do something about it. Have any of you managed to help reduce turnover rate as an IC? Any suggestions on how to approach this especially since I’m not in HR?

I had a interview for Human resources assistant position yesterday and while screening me. The lady mentioned that the position has already been filled as of yesterday but they still want to continue my screening for the future. I told her that we can continue if there are similar job opportunities open which there is another position but it has "ALSO" been filled as of today. I was just so irritated. I feel like it was just a waste of my time if I decided to going forward.
