Took an offer from a Plaintiffs PI firm. Leaving Insurance Defense. No more billables. More money. I dont think its any longer the case in todays hot legal market that you make more money on the defense side unless you sell your soul to big law. Point is, anyone that is thinking of making a move, do it now. It may not always be this red hot. (Remember 2009-2013 legal market). Hoping that the grass is greener on the other side.😉

Does anyone work for Omnicell as a Clinical Trainer? I’m in the interview process now and communication has not necessarily been that great with it being seemingly rushed then with gaps and then being passed to other recruiters who asked me the same question and act like I should be further along in the process then having to get back to me because they need to talk to somebody else.
