If suppose my fixed is 10L and with variable pay it's 12L, while mentioning my CTC to a future recruiter should I say 12 or 10.

I effectively received the agreed amount of money on my latest salary slip but I didn't sign any "new" contract. Is this normal? How does this work? Honestly, what do you think weddings will look like this summer? We have already postponed twice from last spring, and are slated for late June this year, but are feeling pretty uneasy about this@even happening. We are considering cancelling the whole thing and doing a smaller intimate wedding with family/friends. Producers: myself and other freelance editor friends have a question we’re struggling with. Why do people so often reach out and ask us for holds with no information what the project is? A lot of us won’t give 1st holds without making sure it’s something we are interested in so this seems like a lose-lose for all of us. I do understand if there’s an NDA situation involved but often I get literally no details and am just told things like ‘we have a project coming up’. Any insight? Thank you!
