try posting on the consulting mums (or moms) bowl. You'll likely get some good advice on there! 💛

I drank warm tea and ate candied ginger (in small amounts cause i read its unsafe to have a lot?) and took a bath and ate crackers and drank water in between meals rather than with them and ate smaller meals throughout the day
Having a little light snack by your bed before you get up helped - Ie like gold fish or crackers etc
Talk to your doctor. They can recommend/prescribe stronger stuff if it is bad.
My OBGYN prescribed ondansetron first, and then metoclopramide later because I got a wicked constipation with ondansetron. Both worked well for me and helped me keep my food. I was literally throwing up twice a day till I got the prescription meds. And yes, both are super safe in pregnancy.
