I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! (I do get a percentage of profits but due to Covid, haven’t gotten one in 2 yrs). I do not get 401k, con Ed or health insurance benefits.
Current salary is $85K. I am getting very frustrated that this has not increased even after asking. Thoughts? What to do? What do other seasoned FL PTs make?

I joined Accenture on 8th December. Got laptop on 15th December. I am facing issues with the credentials and that's why unable to set up the laptop. Also the laptop i received isn't formatted. Someone's account is already there. Tried calling on Accenture support numbers but not a single number is valid. Tried calling relationship manager but she isn't answering the call. Dropped several mails but got no reply.

Current CTC (Fixed ) - 15.24 LPA

Asked CTC(Fixed) - 25 LPA

Offered CTC (Fixed) - 22LPA

Now I have got another offer for 26LPA Fixed but location is Mumbai. Can I renegotiate? Anyone from EXL can confirm if they can go up to 25LPA for C1 band?
