I got on a Hr call with them and they said they really expect technical product owner to know the nitty gritty of backend like payload or system designs etc, and that I would need to brush up on backend knowledge if i want to pass their technical interview.

Hi - I am pretty sure I will receive an offer for a university HR role paying at least 150K. The recruiter says "everyone here pretty much " works from home. I need a remote position for a number of reasons.. I'm concerned because the job posting says its a hybrid role. RSUs: 150
No joining bonus
Appraisal only starting October next year

They are not negotiating on the salary but might consider for RSUs. Should I consider joining them? Is it a good company for career and growth in the future?

My current company laid off my complete team (including myself) few days back. I've managed to crack an interview at a MNC but the HR is unwilling to give me more than 10% increment on my current salary since I joined my current company only 6 months back.
