Is it relatively easy to ask for a project in a given sector, industry, or practice area? What are the factors that determine the breadth of projects available to you, and your ability to be selective?

I am in a dilemma. I've got a decent offer but I want to get better offers from big MNC. I am working as a third party recruitment in their client based company, but they have not made me their permanent employee it is now 10months in the company. I was thinking of telling them that I have got a good offer and negotiate for permanency and better offer here only so that I will have some to prepare and get better MNC offers as then I would have 2 months NP compared to 15 days now.

I used to think other women were dramatizing discrimination against women in tech. I went to uni for IT & worked as a tech all through undergrad & always felt respected by the male colleagues

If I have the Chase Sapphire Preferred (CSP) for two years and want to upgrade to the Chase Sapphire Reserve (CSR) but also get the bonus, would my best bet be to open a Chase Freedom Unlimited, transfer my CSP points there, then open a CSR, get the bonus, and the. transfer my old points to my CSR? Would this actually work?

Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. Regarding AI, I find this field fascinating but I feel like it requires a lot of experience, degrees and diplomas.
