I have 3 yoe in Application Security.
I have an offer from Leadsquared inc for around 17lpa. I am currently working at almost half of the current package.
I dont have any idea like wlb and politics in LeadSquared.
Current increment is due in November but i dont think Synopsys will give 100% increment. At best, my guess they can raise it upto 12-13 lpa.
Is it worth it to go to LeadSquared from Synopsys?
Any word on Deloitte mid year salary increases

I am getting a offer of 21 lpa(10% var) from Capgemini while my current CTC in Accenture is 16 LPA( 10% var). Capgemini is giving me C2 band(Manager) while in Accenture I am two levels below Manager. Should I join Capgemini considering future hikes which I think is better in Accenture? Accenture Capgemini

Well, it is an acquired firm, McK sometimes doesn't integrate an acquisition fully which means they keep their processes and systems. In another word, it is not the same standard.
No, if you want it and like what you heard (culture/wlb/type of work) then go for it. Don't read in between lines that don't always exist. Might be easy for you and hard for others which is why we want you?
