How do you handle handoff/transition before going on maternity leave? I will be going on maternity leave in 3 months and need to put together a transition plan so that someone can take care of my work while I am out. I want to make sure nothing falls through the crack but at the same time don’t want to train someone to do 100% of my job - that would make my role redundant if someone can just take over right? Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

Who here is in their early 40s? We have gone through so much to get here. Multiple failed attempts and miscarriages. Finally I'm pregnant and with twins. I'm so happy but I'm also scared and freaking out a little.
