Why would anyone resign without any offer letter in the first place. Say thank you to the HR.
I respect the honesty of that HR ! 🙌🏻
Market is not good. Don't rely on single offer.
You should not resign until you get the offer letter, as HR guys need the time for all the business approvals. So sometime there can be delay in getting approvals .
This HR should be given best HR of the year award!
Its a rarity
This HR is one the best human being who is doing justice to their job. First of all, never resign without a single offer letter in hand. Furthermore, most of the MNCs hire based on their requirement for a potential client engagement, sometimes its a pre-requisite to close the deal with clients. When something doesn't go well with the deal and the project is cancelled, there will be adverse effect on the hiring process as well. Nobody to blame here, it's a chain reaction and we are all part of it. Appreciate HR's transparency here.
NEVER EVER RESIGN YOUR EMPLOYER WITHOUT OFFER LETTER. NEVER.
I should not rely on it right then?
Resign only after you get an offer letter.
I have joined Infy thanks members!😊
HRs need to get approvals before releasing letters?Rare cases they might not get approvals...may be this is the reason safer side hr asked to wait
Seems like hr is not confident abt salary they offered to get approve
Exactly
Sometimes the offer could be revoked due to replacement of position .. that's why HR asked you not to resign..
Waise bhi resign kaun karta hai Bina offer letter ke
Ensure you don't resign before the offer letter.
She is helping you out and be grateful to the recruiter . I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the person.
Do not resign on any CTC breakup or Letter of Intent. Considering current market scenario , atleast have two offers in hand before you put down your papers.
I have closely associated with Infosys recruitment team... I know that they check and verify documents before releasing offer. At any point in time if your document has any issue like degree certificate is not available or Provisional certificate is not available or anything... then they won't release the offer... I m sure this will not b the case for u but still HR will suggest the samething to every candidate
Infy HR asked the same to me yesterday along with the ccctc and ectc- , after how many days you received the letter after you have submitted the documents,i did it yesterday, when can I expect the offer then , any idea??
They might take another round of interview for project specific role.
Congrats, how long it took to release offer after you have submitted docs , can you please let me know
1.5 weeks!
