We might not be moving quickly enough to stop these attacks.
Our infrastructure is under attack, and new legislation will help, but its security awareness that is extremely lacking, along with good cyber hygiene.

Go to a chiropractor. It has been the only thing that has provided relief to me. My hips and low back have hurt the entire time.

Thanks! The stretching seemed to help a lot! I don’t have the pain this morning, kind of shocked, actually.
Still going to hunt down a prenatal chiropractor as a preventative measure. And a get a massage just because 😊
I have it on my right side sometimes. With any aches I see it as an opportunity to get a prenatal massage - can’t hurt to try! 😉

Any excuse to get a massage 🙌🏼
I have the exact same butt / back pain on my left side and because of the pain I get pressure in my pelvis area. It started toward the end of my first trimester and long walks or runs worsen the pain. My doctor said it was sciatic nerve pain, and sent me to a Physical Therapist specialist to try to help manage the pain. Apparently it goes away after child birth, but it is still very painful.
FTM here - I had back pain in week 16-18... which I believed is from expanding uterus or baby sitting wrongly inside. A lot of hot/ice pack and it went away after 2 weeks. I’m 22 weeks now, expecting the back pain to come back when the baby growth spurts... I think it’s pretty common in pregnancy to have back pain.
I read that every pregnancy is different... hope you feel better soon
38 weeks here, and I have had insane butt/tailbone pain for weeks. My pain is waaaay up between my cheeks, and it’s hard to massage out. Sitting on a yoga ball has helped, and sitting on a tennis ball and rolling the area out has helped, too. But neither have made the pain go away. Lately I’ve been lying on my couch with a long heating pad sandwiched between my back and the couch.
My hips hurt, too, and stretching/massaging them out has been much easier than dealing with my butt pain.
