Hey - I started at a new employer at 13 weeks too! I told them around 23 weeks- enough time to sort of establish myself at the new company, get to know everyone, and ensure I wasn’t on any projects that would extend past my delivery time!
I did a slow roll out individually to senior leaders on my team first (who had kids), then management, and HR, then other team members as it made sense (in this remote work environment).
Congrats and good luck!
Thank you for your response!
