Hi all,
Does your organization have a good work-life balance, especially for IDs? Or do you know any such organisation? Currently I am working for more than 12 hours a day. I am a mother of one year old, hence, want to switch to the organization, which has less work pressure.
Wil be grateful to you for the suggestions. Accenture Cognizant MindTickle Encora IBM Infosys

Another vote for Feeding Littles
Feeding Littles on IG was the single best baby/parenting class we took (we did both infant & toddler courses). I recommend to to everyone to see if BLW is right for them. It has had a tremendous positive impact on our family. If anything, their IG & blog are a trove of info & recommendations.
I follow Cando Kiddo, New Ways Nutrition, and Kids Eat In Color. Lots of advice for toys, utensils, food recommendations etc.
Pro
I liked babyfoode.com lots of great info on purées and blw
Introduce allergens and flavor early! You’ll thank yourself later for not having a picky eater. My toddler eats everything we eat now and it’s wonderful.
My favourite books (and I only found these 2 helpful) were Young Gums and Baby Led Feeding (the book).
We've cooked nearly every recipe from Young Gums - they are amazing (especially the porridge recipes and the ones in the back for parents), but be wary of her liquid measurements (1 mugful is an imprecise amount) and sometimes her intro paragraph is a bit cringe. Baby Led Feeding was helpful because of the suggestions on finger foods by stage. I've cooked probably 30-40% of those recipes but the ones I do cool (like the banana pancakes) are now family favourites.
Blog wise I liked SR nutrition, everything is evidence based and the ideas are great too. https://instagram.com/sr_nutrition
We do raised real which feels like an easy button to ensuring he has a broad / nutritious diet

We steamed when necessary, blended/mashed & then froze the food in ice cube trays. Would do it once a week or biweekly. Through them in freezers bags. Pulled a couple out and microwaved for a couple seconds each meal!
Avocado & banana mashed together was the favorite & easiest. Freezes well too.
Easy to measure how much they are eating too.
Don’t buy a lot of purée specific items (food maker, storage, etc) they are out of purée stage very quickly. Just start with soft and steamed foods and gradually offer more chewable options as baby’s teeth come in. We did a mix of purées (homemade in food processor and store bought) and baby led weaning which just means letting your baby figure out a banana or noodles as is.
