lol if you are india born then you may file your case this life ....and pray to God at least they preserve the PD after life too..that way you may have a chance after 2-3 lifes to get closer to GC

What was said above was not a joke. With a priority date in 2021 you are looking at 150 years at best. Go to Canada.

140k EB GC x 7%. (Country quota) / 3 (EB category) = 3266 approx per year in each category including family members. Total backlog approx 500k / 3266 = 153 years These are rough estimates assuming no spillovers

I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Lots of post about kids so I’ll offer one that’s been on my mind. Why more than one kid? I grew up with a sibling. She is my best best friend but as I’ve gotten older realized we were more of the exception. Lucky that we are same gender (which I do think impacts closeness), that we are close in age, and just clicked like bffs. Have since met so many sibs with non existent and toxic relationships.
