I have an offer from pwc for senior consultant role I’ve received a mail from hr requesting certain documents and salary details (salary discussion happens today). But before that I got a call from the director and he asked me if i could join at 15.5 lpa ctc and 1 lakh joining bonus. is it a fair pay?
My background is 3.5 yoe, 11L fixed + food n stay by company+ 2.5 rtn bonus+ 4l worth company shares. I’ve asked for 18L fixed+ my retention bonus.
Is it a good ask or can i ask more?
