Now he is 2.6 years experience (including fake + genuine)

So he want to switch with only genuine experience is it possible ?

Hello I am trying to work as a Technical Recruiter, but have no experience using ATS. I’ve had previous experiences as a recruiter but never used ATS. Does anyone have any advice on how to gain skills on how to use ATS or any demos I can watch. I have an offer from Amdocs and CSG. As SDE1. In amdocs i would be put in healthcare domain (c++) and in csg i would be working on the RnD department on a cloud based technology (c++, .net, c#, aws). Which one should i choose as reviews for both companies are good on Glassdoor. I have almost 3yoe and i amoving from a service based mnc. Any advice would be helpful. I am working in automotive embedded c++ software industry. Working for a leading supplier. YOE5. Wherever I join or interview candidates from competitors, nobody has real development experience. Everyone is doing very limited development jobs. Same in my case, except during the startup phase in the beginning of my career. JDs were all great later but when I join, the code I write is very limited. Is it same across all SDE jobs in India.? I hope it is specific to embedded. Should I be concerned.?

In interview I was asked questions about API testing( Rest Assured) repeatedly and even in JD it was mentioned.
I have hands-on Rest-Assured but no real work experience neither in framework.
My skills are Selenium, Cucumber, TestNg.
So when I join this new Company if they put me into API testing how will I manage.
Also thinking of learning in-depth in API testing.
But there is also a chance that I might not get API testing at all.

How should I handle this dilemma.
Please suggest.
