My manager doesn't interact much with us. I consider myself as some one who has worked hard for project and other intiatives. Should I ask my manager to consider me and if yes how should I initiate it.

I am really struggling with a toddler who I potty trained at 22 months is now 24 months and is in her crib. She used to sleep in 15 mins after going in her crib and now after potty training she takes 1.5 hrs of I want to come out to pee drama. She cries to come out post 20 mins in crib, always pees & poops sometimes but does not want to go back in the crib and makes a big fuss every night. I am losing it!!!
