I'm currently serving notice in TCS and my last working day is Aug last. I like to reduce the no. Of days. I have 35 days earned leave and also ready for buyout. But my HR says its not possible until its some severe medical issue. Is there any way?

I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote.
