Guys I really need your advice. I accepted the offer from CTS on call for a different location. I will never relocate. Should I resign based on this offer. What's the probability I will get new offer in 3 months notice period. If on formal offer once generated by CTS on email, I deny will they consider me for my current location? Initially in all my email communication they denied my current location and I had no choice other than to accept the offer for a different location. Cognizant

I have a weird experience with KPMG India . Two weeks ago I had salary negotiation with the HR manager. He told me that the offer will be released in a couple of days but I haven't received the offer letter yet.I tried reaching out to the HR manager but didn't receive any response. Shall I take it as no?

Faced lot of rejections in the final rounds due to 90day notice period.
Now I have put down my papers being fed up with the same reason of 90day notice.
When I spoke to manager I said I have offers with 14.7lpa and i want to move.
But he is okay to increase my package to 13.5lpa.
My concern is that
1. Is it good step to accept my managers offer, putting upcoming recession in mind and as I don't have any valid offers now ?
2. If i accept my managers offer will I have to show my offer or any kind of proof which was dated in July ? - and will there be any problem with the date of offer ?
3. And when will I get the revised compensation letter
4. Putting upcoming recession in mind, is it better to accept and stay or leave ?
5. Or is it better to search for new jobs during this notice period. (As I don't have any valid offers would it be risky)
Your views would help.
Thank you.
Bro.. don't accept your managers offer.
If you are confident look out for more opportunities. You can easily get 18+lpa package.
I would say accept manager offer start looking on increased salary slips
I guess they not only your manager need to send mail to hr
There is no shame in retaining into the organisation and it’s common thing be mature and take incremented salary slip and ask salary hike on it

Why u didn't accept those two offers?
My salary discussion with other company was already completed for 16lpa. They said they will release offer in 3-5days. I Sent all the requested documents as well and wanted to move forward with them. Thought to put papers once I received this offer.
During that waiting time other offers expired.
Later they called and rejected.

Try to get one offer letter saying 2 months notice period as u are already in notice period and companies will take atleast 15 days to process the interview and release the offer letter. By that time u would have served 1 month notice period and 2 months left. Market is not that much bad. U can fetch offer for alteast 20lpa for your experience.
