As well, I’m generally against the idea of going to b school with the express goal of getting into MBB. Even from the top schools, MBB only recruit a small minority and also MBB aren’t the be all and end all. Lots of ways to be successful. All the best though.

As a former MBA student, I think getting MBB interviews are a bit like winning the lottery esp for a lot of international students. While there are a few factors that increase your odds quite a bit, a lot of it is random at best.
This isn't what you want to hear, but aiming for MBB only and potentially moving to Canada for it may not be a good move at all.
Two broad options:
1) Consider a US B-school if you haven't already and then finding jobs in Toronto offices of MBBs (Higher chance of being interviewed)
2) Think of other firms that recruit more number of students, including Deloitte and EY in your consideration set may make your odds much better.
If you're strongly opposed to any other such firms it might be a bit of a gamble.

I don’t think so. Yes it’s in Quebec, but McGill is very international. Being part of the recruitment team I can tell you it’s one of the top target university for all top consultancies.
If you want to look at alternatives to MBB and go technical, https://omscs.gatech.edu/ is an interesting option.
