Treat him thr same as you would any other employee harassing coworker and/or subordinates
An attorney is no different than anyone else on the payroll, if they are violating any policy they need to be spoken to and written up.
They are certainly no different and probably worse. (former attorney speaking.) They deserve a talking-to for sure.
It’s difficult because he genuinely doesn’t seem to realize or understand the impact his language has on people he’s working with.
We had spoken that morning about keeping communications professional and work related and he seemed to understand but then filmed later that day, only a few hours later
Have you brought this to the attention of the senior management? Why work with such a strange person.
Bring in a 3rd party investigator. Notify the law society (or whatever the governing body is in your jurisdiction) that this individual is under investigation. As a practicing attorney, the will also be accountable to their professional code of conduct
