Going by your last sentence, if you find it difficult to communicate in a professional manner in your native language then I think that should be the area where you should focus first.
As a non-native speaker of English, many times I organize my thoughts in my head in my native language before communicating those to others in English.

I do this as well. Native language in my head and then speak in English. I’m not as fast in responding because of it but it definitely helps.
I speak 2.5 languages. Fluent in English and another and pretty bad in another. That said, strat consulting requires concise communication and regardless of what anyone says people judge you by how you speak, and how well you deliver your thoughts. I’d highly recommend exposing yourself to situations or countries or any situations where you’re in 100% English speaking settings. I say that as an Asian American who grew up learning this the hard way. Good luck to you and keep going!
