Any idea of how much Lilly pays for AC role?
Does novartis paused hiring ? I have completed all my rounds and have been waiting for an offer to roll out. But the recruitment team is saying hiring is on hold as review meetings are going we don't know when they will start it. Does anyone know when will they resume hiring process again.

Even after 3 years of initiation of this pledge on one hand is not finalised for existing employees and on the other hand are helping organisation offer relevant salary to new employees..🥲
It would differ from function to function..generally TL/SM would be 28+ ctc
My friend became TL in jan with 28 lpa getting 35-40% jump...So I guess pledge is in effect for exosting employees too (at least for promotion cases)
Make sense, thanks for all your inputs 🙂
