One of my favorite things about working from an office is that my team has a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication—we have daily stand-ups and weekly meetings where everyone on the team gets together to talk about what everyone's working on. My company works with influencers who are independent contractors. However they are not managed by anyone on HR and never have been.
