What's the average salary of Senior 3 in EY GDS?
The current administration has banned critical race theory-based diversity training across federal agencies claiming education around white privilege is anti-American.
As someone who is dedicated to anti-racism work, I believe these conversations on the pervasiveness of systemic racism are necessary in order to dismantle the broken system and are central to our work as HR professionals. I fear what precedent this ban will set.

We started using it this year at our high school. Our district set up the students by their 2nd period class. Horrible for me who set up as a specialist. I have to look up the students teacher to get to many of the reports. The program is very comprehensive but learning the navigation and how to use it effectively has been an issue, but a lot of the blame falls to the district for poor training. I like that it will screen for the intervention and has interventions linked. I am very tech saavy and find the navigation cumbersome and although it will auto transfer data to EdPlan, the data it transfers doesn't align with goals. For example fluency does not transfer as corrected words per minute, it gives a number of words missed. So a student could have zero errors, but was reading at 85 wpm. I like the student and family report and they have a behavior section. I think with more familiarity with the program, I will like it better. But if you are used time easycbm, you will probably find this less user friendly. Just want a program that interfaces better with edplan.
I just use the progress monitoring section for spec ed. Gen ed teachers do a fall, winter, and spring assessment to see growth. We like it
Does it require a lot of time to set up initially? Is it pretty user-friendly? Do the PM tools let you assess with older children who may still need foundational skill instruction monitored.... Even if the skill may not be in their grade level ( thinking much lower)? Sorry for the questions. Thanks!
