All but 1 person has agreed to quarantine for 14 days beforehand and get a COVID test the week before attending. The 1 holdout claims his lawyer advised him not to get tested, but would not disclose reasoning. He’s a business owner and has taken multiple flights for vacation. Is there any “good” reason for him to refuse testing? Or is this BS?
