Accenture Strategy-> small boutique consulting firm. Less than 1 YOE. Got a bump from 87->95k and larger bonus potential, but role is entry level and the firm is tiny and relatively unknown. Does it make sense to give up “prestige” so early?

I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)

Hello Everyone! Had a discussion yesterday regarding “claw backs” being included in a policy for sponsorship if the new employee leaves before 3 years. It was a declining percentage over a three year period. My POV was that it wasn’t something I’ve ever done and didn’t seem like they were sure of the hire they were making. I accepted offer letter for 9 LPA (8.5 Fixed) from one of a reputed firm. Recently I came to know that for the same position with same skillet and experience of mine, the avg CTC is 12 to 13 LPA.
