My profile is created at i onboard HCL and it shows selection completed, upload joining documents.

But my first round of interview is scheduled tomorrow.

Is this expected? Anyone has faced this?

What types of questions do you like to ask candidates during your first initial conversation with them?

Any fishes here who’ve used zoom for interviews? Did you face any technical glitches while using your personal zoom account on the Deloitte laptop?

I had two interviews with two people at different companies and each time the interviewer had their camera off stating that they are having connection issues. Is that acceptable for candidates to do?

Been with my current company for 6 years. Started in customer service and added HR responsibilities year 1. Now do on-boarding,recruiting, phone screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer letters, medical enrollment, and revamped employee handbook. I hold the HR Manager title when dealing with paperwork but my CEO still has not made an official announcement and my pay is not the market rate of an HR Manager. Majority of my work is still in Customer Service.
What do I do now?

I interviewed in HSBC 45 days ago and cleared first round technical interview. Now for second round that is managerial round HR is telling that code is closed it will open after 25th dec. And 27th is my last working day
Can anyone tell me should wait for further rounds or join another company?

I appeared for a second round of tech interview last Thursday after the HC wanted to cover a few pointers that weren’t covered in the first 4 interview schedule. I haven’t heard back from the recruiter and the news of google slowing down the hiring process also has caught me up in thoughts. Any suggestions if I should continue waiting or poke the recruiter for an update ? Thanks :)

I dont understand why EY GDS conducts “No show Interviews”.
I was scheduled for interview and nobody showed up. i tried contacting the HR team through mail and phone calls and nobody responded. and two days later they sent me an email saying the position is filled.

Had my performance review August 3rd. My boss could tell I was upset about a messily 5% raise after getting my degree etc. (recent post). He asked what range I’d like to be in, and I responded in a fashionable matter by comparing median salaries in the area. He said he would try and get me in that range. But has taken over a month to “think” about it. There shouldn’t really be much to think about? Either he wants me or he doesn’t, right? At this point I’m losing money and and motivation.

I am researching the salary range for a technical program manager (supporting UX/UI design team for software) within a large, globally distributed company (Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence).

My research is resulting in some wild ranges between $90k and $160k. Not super helpful. Can anyone help in narrowing that?

Also, this would be my first time negotiating compensation with a company this size so any ideas on what should be included in a compensation package would be great! TIA!
