I have been teaching students with special needs for 21 years now. The class size used to be 12:1. Now it’s 15:1, but you can have up to 18 students with the variance. Recently, I joined a service based company with 26 CTC + buyout amount on 12th oct. I am about to receive my first salary. But yesterday I received an offer from a good product based company with 27 lpa. I told the product based company that I'm an immediate joiner. But now if I leave the current organisation without a 30 day notice period they will hold the salary + buyout amount. So it means 2 months salary loss. What should I do ? Absconding or salary loss?
