Any advice for compensation related to Associate Director role at a Family Office? I’m posting on behalf of my spouse, who is going through negotiations.

I was recently in consideration for a promotion but got passed over. I was told , in confidence, that I viewed as less serious about the role because I teleworked while colleagues were getting back to the office. That was viewed by senior leaders as being less serious about the job.

I mean, I have a job but I feel I will never advance if I use the benefits offered. Is this the same everywhere? Do teleworking lawyers ever get promoted?

I see Accenture MDs sometimes refer to themselves as partners and I often see that title on LinkedIn. Are there MD levels in Accenture that are equity partners like B4 or is it just Andersen hangover?

I am having 3.8 YOE in banking mostly in are area of lending. My current CTC is 10.30 LPA +Annual Bonus 1.2-1.5 Lakhs (performance based).

I have interviewed by CapG for BA consulting role in CapG FS domain. (practice role and not project role) Since this is very new for me, I need a guidance on CTC and grade/designation I should demand/expect while HR negotiation.

My expected CTC is 15 fixed + Variable+ 1.5L Signing Bonus.

Talk to me about schedules, please. I recently moved back into an IC role and am once again responsible for developing project plans. I absolutely loathe building schedules but I can’t seem to pin point why. Maybe because building a good one with dependencies takes forever or because no one looks at them or because they seem outdated. Why can’t prioritization do the work for us? I said thats too less, and asked to consider 20lacs fixed , which she did not agree, then reduced to 18lacs fixed and said she will checi with management.

How much should I ask. Do they have a CTC range for 8 years exp?
My notice period is of 1 month.

CTC Offered: 26 (24 fixed + variable)
One of my queries is regarding the Medical Insurance. As per the offer letter it mentions "Mediclaim Scheme with Floater Option of Self + 3 or Self + 5 with/without parents. " : INR. 150,000/- to INR. 3,000,000/- 
Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?
