There are 2 ways to calculate PF. Most of the bigger orgs have a flat 12% of basic as the PF amount. The other way is where an org calculates 12% of basic capped at 15000, which means 1800 monthly or 21600 yearly. Some do this to increase the in hand salary, while others do it to avoid paying a higher CTC. There is nothing wrong about PF component in your salary structure. A flat 12% is always better though.

Approx 1.5-1.6 Lpm. Between PF component looks small. Not sure how they calculated. I believe pf should be 12% of your basic. Cross check once with your employer.

I recently attended an interview with KPMG and cleared the technical rounds. I was promised 11.5 lpa fixed and now after clearing technical rounds they say 11 lpa fixed. The HR was also not ready to negotiate. During the technical rounds, the interviewer was straight forward and said there will be lot of work pressure and appraisal will be once in an year. My YoE is 2.9 years. Is it really worth taking such an offer ? Any suggestions are appreciated
