I’m currently living and working close to Boston but I’m considering moving back home for personal reasons. Unfortunately, “home” doesn’t offer much local options and it’s not close enough to travel into the city every day for work. Just got an offer at EY in chicago. Are people in the office? Remote? Traveling? My interviewers were from all over the US and more established in their career so seemed to wfh more regularly.

Recently hopped from the business side onto a PM team. Does anyone have any good resources they would recommend on developing good PM skills like writing briefs, roadmapping, scoping, etc?

Our company went through an exercise of redefining product roles - from business analyst, product owner, product manager to assoc pm, pm, senior pm etc.
The concept is everyone with same skills - with different competency levels.
My question is - what about interest? I am energized by execution, not so much strategy. Is product management for me, or should I be looking at other career paths?

Is it normal that my teammates change my slides without telling me or asking me? I find it rude because I ended up having to double check with them why they change my doc. Hi, I just received a remote opportunity as a Product Manager at McDonald's, but it requires monthly international travel. Not happy in my role here, and things seem to be shifting to lay-off vibes. Hi all. I'm informing my boss l'm leaving this company today ( a boutique FS consulting firm). I'm super nervous.
I've been apart of this team for 4 years, since the project inception and I’ve been leading a product line that’s go live in December.

The mental toll has been incredibly heavy and I’ve been dreading to login to work and clear the questions for my team and the client.
