Received an offer from EY (entry level role- enterprise risk). Starting salary 78k + 3k signing bonus. Is it even worth it to try negotiating salary/bonus for an entry level position? If yes, how should I go about doing so? I do have to move and the area is a lot more expensive.

I got approached for direct admit partner opportunities at 2 of the top 10 firms. I am currently a director and just don't see a future (nor was considered) for partner track at CohnReznick. Anyone has insight into direct admit partner roles to top 10? I am familiar with the work that is involved but have no clue as to what comp looks like or what market is for such roles. If any partners can share compensation insight. this would be for audit department.

TCS Package - 27.5 lakhs including Retention Incentive of 1lakh

Additionally, they have added Monthly Performance Pay and Performance Bonus (Variable pay)

PWC SDC Bangalore - Fixed - 27.35 Lakhs.

What would be my hand salary for both TCS and PWC and which company to prefer in terms of good projects and wlb
