Hi! Question. How does your company handle the communication between customers and solution engineers during integration? Do you use Slack, Jira, etc? We are using Slack but some customers won’t use Slack so then it’s bleeding over to other forms of communication that are less ideal. I’m starting to wonder if we would be better off doing Jira tickets. 🙃

I vented about it in my WIT slack at work that it feels icky when older men use 😉, especially in DMs

My boss (a woman) reached out privately and asked if she needed to step in and make me more comfortable. I didn’t need it, but knowing she’s got my back was amazing. Women leaders make me feel 😍😌

So, I interviewed today (4 people on Zoom), and the assistant principal was asleep!😴🤷‍♀️ It’s not the worst I’ve experienced during an interview, but it still threw me off 😳

Generally curious how many companies offer phone reimbursement? My last gig did not but the current one does. Note taking tips? I am SO bad at taking notes and remembering tasks. I have ADHD and have always struggled but for some reason it got worse in a job versus college. Hey everyone! I recently graduated this past December and started my current role January 24th. Just this morning I had a recruiter from Meta reach back out to me about a role I applied too last month. Should i schedule an interview with the recruiter? What if it goes well? Would it look bad if I quit my current position to take this role if I end up getting an offer? One reason I would want to switch is because the pay would most likely be a lot higher at Meta then in my current position.
