Just joined Infosys on Monday and got a call today for an opening in Unilever project. The person mentioned that I will be replacing another resources for now who is on medical leave and would be working on something that is a little below my skill level. Once that resource is back (after 2-3months) I would be transitioning to a better role with more options to look and learn.

Everytime I reach out to hiring manager( on weekly basis), they tell it's waiting for clients approval. How long does the offer letter issue usually takes?
