Hi, Recently I switched to Genpact for Jaipur location, it's been 1 month management in my process is good, manager is also good, however i am not good at negotiations so accepted Genpact offer at 24% hike because HR told me it is the highest limit for 5B, and interview also went well,but recently 1 of my college friend joined Genpact at 58% hike,so should I approach my manager in regards of salary dissatisfaction.please suggest

Hi fishes, I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?
