Make $120k Accenture now doing tech implementations, just got offer 200k TC EY business consulting. I love my job, have a great WLB (working 20 hours per week, no travel, clear path to M in about 1.5 years) - am I an idiot for even contemplating staying? What I would be doing is more PPT/functional vs Onestream/technical which I do now.
Does anyone ever get pitch work produced?

Corporate immigration departments at any big consulting firm could be a good fit! I’ve heard a Fragomen pays well. I know you said not commission based but many staffing agencies hire attorneys for their legal practice at a minimum of $85k base + commission so that could be an option as well

Hello AA, have you connected with executive search recruiting firms?
I don't have any legal recruiting referrals for you but this is worth reposting in another bowl like Career Pivot or Job Referrals
Look into firms in California that are remote (lots in SF) - pay is higher and u won’t have to pay Cali taxes!
Executive search firms focused on legal would help my suggestion. Also, networking through various law groups, community groups, etc.
