Is someone joining cts tomorrow or today?
Situation: I was promoted 1 month ago to Senior Consultant and now my HRBP just put my name in the hat for an HRBP role (for this company would be more money) starting soon! What should I do?
Context: I've been kicking ass as a consultant mainly focused on HR topics in the contingent workforce management industry. I was promoted to Senior Consultant after 10 months. I have 3.5 YOE in HR. I founded and lead two company wide ERGs that now have 500+ members. My passion is HR..
Realtors flex your business card as much as possible. I’m talking about magazine stands, coffee shops, networking events…. It’s all about SALES SALES SALES!!! While trying not to be as pushy as that typical sales guy we all think about.
Slightly more serious than some of the ones here. In college, I was a huge party-goer/ alcohol/ drugs/ sleeping around etc etc. One night I went too far and did something I will forever regret. It was and has been the stupidest, darkest thing I have ever done, and my friends at the time rightfully had had enough and stopped talking to me to support the victim. I felt so guilty and did my best to apologise, but there's little I could do.

Has anyone heard anything from The Garden yet? Or are they just trying to keep the volume down so their clients don't see their lack of cultural awareness?
The Partner Fear Index - based on what you know on COVAD-19, how much do you worry about your 2020 business outcomes? 1-10 scale, 1 being “another great year” and 10 “getting ready for capital calls”.

Anyone else like gnocchi a lot? I like it bc it’s lower cal than pasta but still rly filling
Need some advice!
I just accepted a job offer with a new company, they still have to do my background check which will take 1-2 weeks. But I am also now currently interviewing with my dream company in a completely different industry. If I receive an offer from the dream company, how do I go about telling the company who’s offer I just accepted that I don’t want it?
This rings true on so many levels to me today… what do you ladies think? https://www.zawn.net/blog/is-marriage-a-good-choice-not-if-youre-a-woman?fbclid=IwAR3qqBlxU3cNBGN_JlOOW3esLdN1jmO2mxe3DQNMp_v7t6jniqUl0sGmHYg
Just checked all the assets and realized we're close to 1M€ net worth. Most of it is on the house, don't feel rich at all.
I’m curious - let’s say you have a role to fill but they are targeting only female candidates to balance out the team. What recruiting strategies can i implement to meet those needs?
I need some advice. I am the chief science officer for a genetics company. The CEO recruited me with the intent of giving me ownership. He still hasn’t and it’s been a year. How can I approach this. He is very emotional but I also love what I don’t and see incredible potential
Has anyone gotten a closed nose rhinoplasty? Any advice or comments on how it went for you? How is recovery and how did you feel after?

I’m interviewing for an AE role at Affirm. Any current employees in the sales org able to talk about company culture, goals, leadership, etc?
How does the holiday weekend impact your quota? Still the same? It's still the same for me, which I feel is unfair.
Does anyone know of any sales manger positions in South Florida.. I have been in the Automobile business and have done sales, finance and Business development. Looking to transition into another industry. Over 20 years experience. Thanks in advance
How you all feel about sharing LinkedIn profiles, adding each other and endorsing? This will give a better boost to everyone’s profile on LinkedIn and since we share same pain of being salespersons - I would be happy to do that.
When is it time to give up on a job offer coming in and move on? Internal recruiter has been in constant contact with me and extremely positive, but the final decision seems to keep getting pushed off because they can’t get all the decision makers together to decide - 3 weeks now. Feels like I’m being strung along or maybe their second choice. I wasn’t looking to leave my current role, but this is an awesome opportunity. It’s starting to distract me in my current job though and can’t let it go.
Does SAP currently have a hiring freeze? I had an interview almost a month ago and still haven’t had a response, I’ve followed up twice…
Sales people- what’s the longest you’ve been able to push out the start date of a new position you’ve been offered and how’d you do it? Curious since there tends to be a ton of urgency getting a new sales hire started. Especially helpful if you’re in tech sales but interested in hearing everyone’s experience.
Software sales pays a lot!
Hi all I'm interviewing for a role as a BDR in Dublin in cloud computing. I graduated in 2020 (bachelors) and have worked as a sales manager at a store. They offer € 33k/year and € 22k in commission with relocation fees etc.
It seems like a great company and I'm really interested. Is the salary good for Dublin? And for someone starting their career?
Back to back posts, but value the opinions here.
I am being offered a Senior AE role, but the Head of B2B is also hiring a Head of Sales, North America.
I met with the person who will be leading NA sales, and do not think hes the right person for the job. Not someone I think I can learn much from.
Would you share this with the Head of B2B? Or is it not my place?
I am starting a new position as an SDR at LinkedIn and thus signing a new contract. It’s an entry-level position but I have already worked in the company for some time. Would you recommend negotiating the offer or SDR entry-level positions are usually not negotiable?
(I've heard that other SDRs were earning around 40k EUR 70% base salary and 18k EUR 30% variable earnings, in Ireland)
I’m transitioning back into the tech space after working in education the last five years. When applying to a remote Customer Success role, what would be a rough range to ask for salary, bonus, stock options? Quite a few companies are asking for this in applications.
Anyone know of any part time work from home opportunities? I have experience in the past as an SDR for an insurance firm.
Looking to break into sales with a good company. Been hard to transition into the sales field from athletics. Would love to have a referral if possible for a BDR or SDR position. Remote would be great, or on-site Charlotte, NC. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! I have a B.S. in exercise science and M.S. in Athletic Administration.
Recruiter lied about interview process and job type. First interview goes well and interviewer tried to schedule me for in-person interview first thing next morning. I tried to push off into next week and was told it wouldn’t work with timeline. Everything was supposed to be remote, should I keep it moving and go somewhere else?
Anyone here work in Renewals? Looking at applying at a role in my company; I’m currently a BDR and tired of the grind. Would like to hear peoples experiences in Renewals
I’ve seen a lot of posts around the BDR role - join my bowl and let’s keep the conversation going!
How can I get my *micro* manager off my back? I know I haven’t been doing the best work this quarter, but emailing me all damn day isn’t going to help me do better, I do know that.
