Hi SFDC Architects, career pivot question I could use your help with please.

If I'm a well-experienced (healthcare/life sciences) Pega SA pivoting to an SFDC SA/Health Cloud career, which learning/certifications should I focus on first?

Goals are a fast pivot with minimal loss of Sr job level; continue leveraging healthcare and life sciences industry expertise.

Attained the Omnistudio Developer cert for understanding structure and building blocks, but which certs come next and why?

Currently a C out of the Dallas office in GPS EP SCNO and looking to move into commercial. All of my background is in commercial, so the experience is there now I just need to meet the right network which has been a bit more difficult due to covid. If anyone is open to networking in commercial that would be great! TIA

Trying to study for my CIPP certification during the holidays. I bought a hard copy of the US privacy law book published by the IAPP. Whats the best way to study?

What do you think makes more sense:
a) Stay in audit and get M1 promo this year, and then later try to transfer to FDD at manager level.
b) Move to FDD right now as S3, settle in at more relaxed pace but only hit M1 promo in 2 years.
