Did any of you guys just send it and take the GMAT because it was taking too long to study for and getting in the way of work and social stuff?

Currently job hunting. I know a few retired C-level executives who tell me that they would hire me at the director level in pretty much any role (despite currently being an individual contributor) because I'm extremely driven, a life-long learner, a natural leader, and deeply educated in diverse fields (PhD in engineering and MBA in analytics). However, I can't seem to land a senior role. How do I convince an executive to take a gamble on me based on my past success and strong future potential?

I assume PPP is more or less the “average” partner’s compensation (less reserves etc.). How far off do you think that is from the “mean” partner’ comp?

For example: does the top 1% of partnership take 80% of profits and the other 99% of the partners schmucks paid like senior associates? Would 5y into a partnership at a ~$3M PPP firm allow you to retire (should you so wish) with ~$5mio in the bank?

I’ve been looking at other states/cities to move to from NYC and Colorado is looking interesting. This is specific but I have a very large fear of spiders to the point where large spider populations/spider size would be a genuine dealbreaker. Colorado folks, how big/bad are your spiders? NYC has been manageable.

I missed my period so I took a pregnancy test and I got a positive. Based on my first day of my last period, I'm at 5ish weeks. I haven't gone to the obgyn get. My appointment is in 3 weeks. I had some tender breasts and some gas but they all went away and I no longer have any symptoms. I found out about missed miscarriage and now I'm freaking out!!! Is it normal to have absolutely zero symptoms?!

Delloitte India offer:
23 as fixed ctc is 27. Designation manager

Fractal :
26 as fixed and 2.5 as yearly committed pay (fixed?) so total 28.5 is fixed.

what do you mean pure air ? If you want to pure air relocate to India itself there are many options than abroad .don't just generalise that India is not good for living .as expat for us in abroad to get doctor appointment take days. Compared to India.l, u.s and other countries had higher in cancer rate due to the life style .Both has its advantages but for sake don't generalise false things .
