Hello fishes, I got an offer from hcl with 21(20 fixed + 1 variable) for 13.9 years of experience. I see a lot of amount going to compensatory allowance, and it is mentioned in monthly components. food wallet and holidays allowense are also included in monthly components with basic and HRA. HCL folks please help me understand what will be my in hand salary. Will I be getting all of those allowances mentioned without deducting anything? Hi everyone, I have a query related to CTC break-up offered for SDE 2 role at companies like Amazon, Paypal, etc. I can see on internet that it's upto 35 to 40 LPA. But I want to know what's the fixed, variable and share part in this CTC to get an idea of in-hand salary.
Overall idea to get a clue on how much fixed CTC should a SDE 2 get in a product based company.
This could be helpful in general for anyone applying in any company for a position like SDE 2, to get competitive in hand salary.
I had a strange situation yesterday. Got a call from cognizant confirming whether I will be joining next month or not. I was surprised because I don't have any offer letter from cognizant neither did I had any HR or salary discussion. I attended a technical interview almost 3 months back and the hr never came back with any feedback even after repeated followup. The person said that system is showing offer letter is generated for me😆😆Cognizant
