Hi all, I have an offer from nagarro 33LPA (31.5 fixed). My hcl manager try to retain me, he is offering me Max 28LPA (24 fixed). Should I stay back because my focus is to go in product-based . So i was thinking to stay in hcl and then prepare for DSA and then switch to product based, or should I take offer from nagarro and then prepare for product based.
