I’m in presales and I’m finding it extremely documentation heavy and sort of a back end role. I’m not sure how the career growth is in Pre sales. I am thinking of moving back to Delivery. I interviewed for Deloitte USI for Consultant role. Received pre-hire survey mail and filled all the details. HR called to discuss regarding the salary and told My role has been changed to Analyst- Full Stack Java Developer. I have counter offer of 11LPA and he said he couldn’t give me more than 10 LPA that will also be too much. I asked him to give me time to think and asked to mail him for further discussion.

Hi guys! I had an interview last Saturday with the CEO for an EA role (that was the 3rd interview). The company rushed the process for me because they knew I had another offer. The first 2 interviews went extremely well that’s why they rushed & asked the ceo to interview me on a Sat. morning. Huge common point: The CEO and I are both French.
