For a Deloitte partner who retires after 10 years, what is the expected payout? From pension or buy out etc.

Only been with a big 4 firm for a few months. Recently a previous connection from a past employer has offer education me a better deal. Better financial package and management. Should I take it?

I recently got a job offer from a company and I have been given the position of Product Manager 2 (Level: L4). The position is based out of Bay Area. I am a recent graduate with a Master’s degree from New York with minimum work ex.
The base pay is 150k and the yearly stock allocation is 45k.

Wanted to know if this is a good offer or there some room to negotiate?
