EY: 20 fixed + 10 % var
Persistent: 23 (take home)
Yoe: 7.7, Python, AWS.

9 years of experience as Fullstack developer with .Net Core and Angular. Current CTC 14 LPA.
Am I underpaid, if so what should be good CTC for my exp.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Skill Interview at Accenture placed me in L6. Did some research and going to ask for $200k base, 20% bonus 20% sign-on bonus. Glassdoor has average at 203k base(1552 salaries). For a Workday Data Conversion Lead Role, I have 6 YOE in Workday, 16 YOE in ERP Implementations. Is this fine or over/under? Currently 180k, 20% Bonus, $5k annual bonus. Workday Dat Conversion Manager/Architect. Work/life is out of balance at current employer. I appreciate feedback.

I’m Have been an RN for three years. I have worked in the prison system for over two years. I recently applied and was offered a job in the ICU/CCU. Which I would love to try this new adventure. I like to look at pros and cons. Pros of the Prison my boss recognizes my hard work, I have great pay, and a great schedule. Cons-there is at times unequal distribution of duties, some bad attitudes with some of the staff. PPE is not always easy access, who knows who. What’s your thoughts?

I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.
Plz help me out guys.
